Value statement

We believe in social justice and equal rights for all. We make a choice to work with the rural poor therefore will facilitate the voice and actions of the poor.

The choices, strategies and approaches of struggle will be determined by people themselves. Radical alternatives will be pursued with the women and men we work with to change the economic, political and social conditions within (local) communities & institutions that represent their interest.

Democratic and participatory practices will be encouraged that establish a will within people to believe in themselves and their vision.

We will continue to learn from our experiences, history of involvement and successes.
