Poor women and men, youth & farm dwellers in the Northern and Western Cape have secure access to and control over land and water for food sovereignty and agrarian transformation.
Objective 2: Production systems
Small-scale farmers, farm dwellers and youth advocate for and engage in agro-ecological practices as an alternative to the dominant farming model.
Objective 3: Strategic Influence
Pro-poor policy changes have been effected and influenced through SPP's direct engagement in and facilitation for the participation of poor women and men, farm dwellers and youth.
Objective 4: Institutional transformation
Poor women & men farm dwellers and youth are represented on and influence relevant institutions that are responsible for the allocation and protection of rights and resources for agrarian transformation.
Objective 5: Trade and multinationals
Small-scale farmers and farm dwellers have production systems that are based on co-operation; and actively resist the dominance of multi-nationals and world governance institutions.
Objective 6: Social Movements
Political education, awareness raising and radical social action build social movements for agrarian transformation and food sovereignty.
Objective 7: Organisational sustainability
SPP is a sustainable organization operating in a cost effective and systematic manner and with sufficient resources, effective systems and multi-skilled staff.
